They say “Change is Inevitable”, but lets really think about that phrase. Is change really some magical thing that happens naturally over time?

Then it hit me! There will be people who are committed to misunderstanding you.

Our definition of a meaningful life can change over time due to facing certain experiences and simply getting older.

Fake, fraud, con, phony, bogus, and wanna be….Well which one is it? Which one am I? Oh shit is this that negative self talk again.

I struggled with what to post this week. Do I write about the state of emergency black people are in and potentially add to our anxiety and anger?

Many of us are home watching the news in an effort to keep up with the latest updates. We are experiencing many emotions from fear to grief while we attempt to live through our days as normal as possible.

Every year I can count on the trees losing their leaves and essentially dying for a few months.

For 2020 I set a goal for myself to cultivate better relationships, both platonically and romantically.
