On this same day last year I was returning from a month long Spiritual Maintenance hiatus.

Our mind, body, spirit, and soul need a little tender loving care to stay in alignment with the demands of this world.

I jumped on Instagram to check one thing and see what was poppin’ for the day. Next thing I knew two hours had gone by and I was still scrolling.

For years I’d tell people I was fake vegan. I say fake because every once in a blue I would order a nice medium-well steak at a restaurant with no problem.

I don’t speak about my love life nearly enough. To my friends and family it has been this secret part of my life for a very long time. I’ve become increasingly private about my romantic relationships over the years.

I can honestly say I don’t like conflict, but I’m extremely good at handling it. It’s one of those things that’s bound to happen at some point in life sorta like change.

Meditation is one of the most important parts of my spiritual practice.

I keep getting messages that everything I want is coming to me. My money will glow up, my divine masculine will speak up, a new home and car will be mine.

I have been focused on amplifying my self-care routine. This includes my mindset around it and the actual physical steps that I take to ensure I am practicing it.

I am finding that since everything is opening back up here in NYC (well kinda has been open) the feeling of anxiety seems to creep up on me a little more.
