REset & intentional living

The other night, I was planning my hibernation season schedule and realized there are only 100 days left in the year. My first thought was, Damn, time is flying. But then I remembered something I’ve learned to embrace again and again: life always gives us the opportunity to reset. Anytime.

This is one of those times.

A reset doesn’t mean starting over. It’s not proof that you failed. It’s not about suddenly going harder because you said you would. A reset simply means giving yourself grace…..grace to pause, reflect, take inventory, pivot, and get back to what matters most to you.

For me, that means revisiting the areas of my life that carry the most weight: my home, my finances, my body, my relationships, my creativity, and my spiritual practices. Some of those areas feel solid right now, while others need more of my immediate attention. Instead of overwhelming myself, I choose one area to begin with and add on as I go.

If you’re ready for your own reset, here are a few areas I’m shifting my focus toward:

Daily Habits and Routines

Pivoting from what once worked but doesn’t anymore. Committing to new practices that meet me where I am and where I’m growing.

Clearing Stagnation

Letting go of what feels heavy and draining inside and out. Decluttering. Deep cleaning. Releasing the weight.

Protecting Peace

Saying yes to what makes me smile and an absolute no to everything else. No guilt. No explanations. No excuses.

Celebrating Me

Honoring how far I’ve come and smiling at every win no matter how small.

These last 100 days aren’t about me chasing perfection. They’re about me choosing consistency. Choosing intentionality. Because those two things more than anything else are what transforms my ordinary days into my very good year.

So I’ll leave you with this: decide how you want this chapter to end. Take a deep breath. Reset. And move forward with intention.
