The ability to attract what we desire in life is very real. It’s not as simple as some might lead you to believe.
A manifestor knows the key to bringing what you want to fruition is all in what you think. It is intrinsically connecting what we want, with what we say we want. Our words are just as powerful as our thoughts. If we desire to be financially free, yet we continue to speak about being broke… Then guess what?
Once I became aware of how powerful my words were, I immediately began aligning them with my thoughts and taking inspired action. Our negative self-talk and external factors can create blocks in our ability to manifest the life we dream of. The ways in which I’ve manifested certain aspects of my life always comes as a surprise to me. Those moments are reassurance that I have the power to control my outcome.
I started practicing mindfulness at a higher level in 2020. Over the last two years I have practiced speaking and feeling my needs within my heart space. I try to only speak on things I wish to experience. When negative self-talk kicks in I let it flow out of my energy as quickly as possible. This allows me to resume with focusing on my desires more intently.
Journaling has assisted me in amplifying the things I love and desire. I now write down my manifestations as a way to keep track and bring them to life. When I have moments of despair it’s easy to open my journal and read about all the wonderful things I have planned for myself. It’s an instant mood booster! So I kind of have a little system going, to which I am still perfecting.
Commit to a manifesting routine for the next several weeks and see how many positive changes you can bring about in your life.
Here’s my Manifesting Routine:
Get clear on what you want and the life you dream of living.
Meditate and visualize that lifestyle so much you feel the excitement in your body.
Journal every single detail and create a projected timeline for when you want it.
Focus your time and attention toward creating that lifestyle daily.
Pay attention to how things start to shift in your life and remain open-minded.
Speak your desires out loud or share with a trusted person.
When doubt creeps in read or rewrite your desires in your journal.
Stay positive and repeat the cycle.
