AURA photo

Aura Photo Taken at Magic Jewelry

I recently had my aura photo taken at Magic Jewelry located in Queens. This is something that’s been on my bucket list for a while. I wasn’t sure of what to expect, but I was excited.

I made my appointment over the phone and was told the cost was $40. When you arrive they ask you to sanitize your hands as you will be placing your hand palm side down on a magical finger print machine. After your hands are sanitized you are seated in front of a funny looking camera with finger printing machines on each side of your body. The owner guides you to gently place your hands to align with the imprint on the machine. You’ll be asked to look straight into the camera and BOOM the flash goes off.

Moments later a polaroid photo is produced and starts to reveal the image in what feels like a second at a time. The owner begins to explain the colors in the photo that are slowly revealing. It was interesting to hear the significance of the areas in the photo and how each color represented parts of our life. The explanation of your Aura is in depth and loaded with advice for mindfully moving forward. The entire visit was under 30 minutes. The jewelry store is full of these stunning healing crystals and I stayed behind to take a look at them.

My Aura photo showed that I tend to worry a lot, hence, the darkness above my crown. The other shades of color revealed that I overgive often leaving little for myself and I worry a lot. The orange shades revealed that I am creative and I really enjoy helping and being of service to others. In addition, other areas shed light on my intuitive and psychic abilities. Lastly, highlighting my connection to the spiritual world.

The interesting thing about our Aura is that there are Seven Layers which govern different parts of who we are. The Seven Layers are:

  • Physical and Etheric Body

  • Emotional Body

  • Mental Body

  • Astral Body

  • Spiritual Body

  • Celestial Body

  • Casual Body

If you’re like me and interested in having your Aura photographed, I highly recommend giving it a try. It’s fun and the intuitive insight might provide some guidance into how you live your life.

Check back in a few weeks I will share my book review for Auras by Joylina Gooding. This book is the source of our aura and their layers.
