self-love prayer

I’ve been more intentional about elevating my self-love. One of my favorite practices is speaking my intentions either out loud or silently to myself during my morning and evening routine.

Here’s a self-love pray written by me. To hear the audio version click here.

Allow me to hear what my intuition says and what it doesn’t say. Teach me my internal signals. Teach me how to connect with my self on a deeper level. Teach me my love languages. Teach me how to love myself, uplift myself, and encourage myself.

I am my biggest cheerleader, my greatest defender, and my greatest source of motivation. I don’t want anyone anywhere to be able to give me more love than I give to myself. Teach me how to create sacred spaces in my home, so that I look forward to coming home to comfort. Allow me to never fear being in solitude and in stillness with myself. Teach me how to love myself so I cannot go anywhere else and feel more at peace than I do within aura and space.

Help me to be compassionate and graceful with myself. Anoint my ears to hear my silent cry for rest, love, and understanding. Anoint my ears to hear my heart beating fast with worry, fear, and anxiety. Anoint my eyes to see when I am giving more of myself and draining my energy for nothing in return. Anoint my hands to pray, meditate, and self-heal my mind, body, spirit, and soul.

I thank you for showing me self-love.

I pray that you continue to show me self-care.

I pray that my wellness set the tone for my relationship with myself and others. I pray for healing so I may live a joyful and abundant lifestyle. Let me see how the love I have for myself transforms me and elevates me to higher consciousness.

Let my desire to live righteously overpower any desire to live ungodly. Let me transmute all my fear into love and all my weaknesses into strengthens. Let happiness and serenity be the feeling I have on this life long journey to peace and prosperity.

As long as I shall live let me find joy in the little things and live in pure gratitude. Let me be a source of light, strength, love, peace, support, and encouragement for others. Let me be such a pleasure that no matter who comes in contact with me they walk away feeling seen, heard, and healed. Let me feel protected and balanced in all that I do. I am forever divinely guided in all my endeavors. I love myself at the beginning of my days and the end of my nights forever.
