When I first began exploring how to balance my Chakra system, I was naturally drawn to learn more about my aura. The concept fascinated me from the start—there’s something so intriguing about the unseen energies that quietly shape our daily lives. It’s that unspoken vibration, that hidden layer of our being, which we can sense but can’t always put into words. I wanted to go deeper, to truly understand and interpret my aura.

One day, during a plant shopping excursion, I stumbled across a book titled Auras: Your Personal Guide by Joylina Goodings. While the idea of auras wasn’t entirely new to me—I had read about them before—this book offered a much more in-depth explanation. It provided a clear breakdown of what an aura is, how it manifests, and how I could tap into it. The book describes auras as the energy fields that surround all living things, carrying information about our physical, emotional, and spiritual states. I felt both happy and grounded as I flipped through the pages.

I’ll never forget the first time I was able to see another person's aura. It doesn’t happen often, but I was eager to understand how I was able to see it and wanted to see my own aura as well. When we are happy and healthy with no issues or problems, we have fully functioning, clean chakras with bright and shiny auras.
