10 Ways to Raise Your Vibration

I am focused on raising my vibration and keeping it high at all times. Obviously life be life’n and we are not always in the best spirits. However, each of us has the innate power to manifest our own positivity and love. We are in full control of our vibration and can turn our attention to positive things at any time we choose.

As I grew more self-aware, I was able to move into a higher space of consciousness where I felt happy, free, and light. I made a promise to always remain here despite outside energy. I recognized I was comfortable living in a very heavy, confused, and dark world. On my spiritual journey I was able to strengthen that power within myself and shift my entire perspective. Many experiences became less of an obstacle and stressor. Those same experience were transformed into pure joy and lessons that aided in my expansion.

I understand that we solely choose to live in lower or higher vibrations each day. Although, we cannot control the world and people around us, we can intentionally do things that will help us rise above negativity and low vibrational energy that does not serve us. The goal is to live a life that is abundantly full of peace, happiness, harmony, prosperity, and love. Everyday we should consciously wake up and decide to live a life that feels beautiful inside and out. There are certain practices I put in place to ensure my vibration never decreases to a low vibration.

Do not wait until you are in a dark space to start incorporating these things into your daily routine. Actively include them into your days and weeks so you can consistently vibrate high.
